May I please just check something with the new 'sponsored by' format - are these your unsullied thoughts which are sponsored by a relevant business? Or, are they a glorified ad, where your readers' trust in you is being co-opted to stop Intel's light speed decline and pay for your yacht? Would be good to know
Fully agree on Saudi Arabia developments and the regional 'can do' optimism. Progress can be messy and has its victims. In N. Europe we spend so much energy worrying about the hidden costs and every kind of interest group that no one dares have a broad vision and not much gets updated or built. Or becomes massively expensive. But when it happens we tend to like it (consider King's Cross redevelopment).
